We offer 1:1 Coaching & Group sessions in person & online!


We are a mother daughter dynamic duo!  Mom (Stacy), has been in the fitness industry for almost 30 years and daughter(Cheyenne)...well she grew up crawling around gym floors and learning group exercise choreography in the back seat of the car on the way to daycare!  While mom worked at a crisis counseling center, Cheyenne, grew up with some amazing social workers & counselors as role models.


Our credentials give us a unique set of skills. Our counseling background brings in an element the fitness industry does not have. The reverse is also true….our experience in training and understanding of how the body and systems work brings an element the counseling industry often does not provide.  Combined we have 38 years working with teens & adults in areas of counseling, crisis counseling, education, athletic training, human movement training, body image, nutrition coaching.

Cheyenne Ross, BA, MA

Cheyenne has a Bachelors in Human Services and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and been working as a mental health counselor for over 2 years under the supervision of a a doctor of psychology.  She is currently working her supervision hours to sit for her full licensure.  Owning her own practice is something she loves doing but branching out into life coaching allows her to reach more people with her knowledge & skills. Cheyenne is amazing at helping people organize their thoughts.  She will arrive at your coaching sessions with warmth and use her sense of humor while she strives to understand the world from your perspective.  Together you can identity patterns of behavior that are no longer serving you in your life and replace them with new and healthier  patterns.



Our approach to coaching is interactive and personalized. This is not a “cookie cutter” program. We take the time to get to know you and create a trusting relationship, helping you get better results for whatever area in your life you are trying to improve.
