  • Mobility & Strength – Full-body training that builds joint mobility, balance, and foundational strength with smart, form-focused coaching.

  • Total body Strength- strength + cardio intervals to boost muscle, endurance, and confidence (scalable for all levels).

  • Low-Impact Intervals – Joint-friendly cardio and light strength—great for beginners, return-to-fitness, or recovery days.

  • Kickboxing  intervals – High-energy combos of punches and kicks for cardio, strength, and serious stress relief.

  • Pilates flow-controlled movements for strength, balance, and mobility.

  • Revive/flow Yoga-blends the calming movements  with gentle supportive  stretching to relax the body and calm the mind with added benefits of reiki and essential oils and heated mats.. 

  • TRX strength -suspension training that uses your body weight and gravity to build strength and balance.

  • Saturday MixRotating lineup changes each week. (Pilates mat, resistance bands, TRX, Strength and indoor cycling , dance fitness and Kickboxing).

  • Dance fitness-low impact, continuous cardio with dance moves,  and stretching

  • Cycle Strength-gentle cardio on the bike followed by some resistance  training
