  • Mobility & Strength – Full-body training that builds joint mobility, balance, and foundational strength with smart, form-focused coaching.

  • Pilates – Core-centric, low-impact work to improve posture, stability, and flexibility.

  • Total body Strength- strength + cardio intervals to boost muscle, endurance, and confidence (scalable for all levels).

  • Low-Impact Intervals – Joint-friendly cardio and light strength—great for beginners, return-to-fitness, or recovery days.

  • Kickboxing  intervals – High-energy combos of punches and kicks for cardio, strength, and serious stress relief.

  • Barre / Pilates fusion – Barre sculpt meets Pilates core: controlled movements for strength, balance, and mobility.

  • Revive Yoga-blends the calming elements with gentle supportive  stretching to relax the body and calm the mind with added benefits of reiki and essential oils. 

  • TRX strength -suspension training that uses your body weight and gravity to build strength and balance.

  • Saturday MixRotating lineup (Barre/Pilates, TRX, Strength and conditioning, Kickboxing). Check the business FB page calendar each week.
