The ComeFIT Zone

Perfect for both men and women, this class will include high intensity cardio and strength moves which will be designed to challenge your strength and endurance.

 

We will be using steps, kickboxing bags,

 weights, bands, medicine balls, and plyometric moves to burn calories!!! 

 

The space in this class is limited in order to offer more of a "training" opportunity and a chance to really look at posture, form and how to use the body efficiently.

 

At The ComeFIT Zone, the classes on our regular group exercise schedule are geared toward all levels.  The instructors do an excellent job showing modifications or more advanced levels for those who are beginners and those who feel they need a bit of a challenge.  Participants come to our studio because we are good at what we do, they don’t want to work out alone and many just don’t have the cash to pay for a personal trainer.  So we decided to give you the best of both worlds!!
