Kickboxing: We use free standing punching bags in this class. We will perform combinations with a variety of punches, blocks, and kicks on and off the bags. This class is a great stress reliever and also good for working the core muscles. You will burn a ton of calories with this one so go for it!!

Complete BodyWork: Megan will give you a complete body workout! She will combine simple moves while using all the gadgets in the studio from steps to weights, stability balls, bands …...you name it! Megan pays close attention to form and posture the whole way. One thing is for sure you will burn calories and feel great after taking this class!!
SPINNING: An aerobic workout that takes place on a stationary bike. Spinning burns some serious calories and is an awesome cardiovascular workout. It is different than other indoor cycling classes in that Spinning is set to simulate outdoor riding. Because you are staying in one place this class does not require a lot of coordination and is easier to concentrate on form. Spinning is a great class for those with knee, back and ankle injuries. During the class you will vary your pace between pedaling fast and slow. Cranking up the tension will allow you to focus inwardly using your mind as well as your body.
Pilates :-Our Pilates classes are not too fancy. They include simple movements which get your mind connected to where your muscles are on your body, in other words, how to get your mind to move the muscles where & when you want. This class focuses on core stability, balance, & flexibility.
BODYPUMP: Is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everyone who wants to add weights to their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BodyPump a great starting point to gain strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you moving throughout the workout. 20/20/20 Mix: 20 minutes of one kind of cardio, 20 minutes of another & 20 minutes of strength training. If you see Stability Ball in the title , then it will be included in the strength training piece of the class. We use all different kinds of cardio to keep your heart pumping, be prepared for multiple ability levels, and add a little spice and variety to the class. Step, kickboxing, hi/lo, stations, tubing, hand weights, you name it and we will use it to keep you healthy and melting away!
30/30/30 Mix: Are you looking for a challenge in your workout? This class will ROCK YOUR WORLD!! Similar to the 20/20/20 above, however, this class is an hour and a half long!!! The 30 minute strength training piece will be BodyPump. Not recommended for the beginners.
Low Impact:- Great class for seniors, first time exercisers, or those with limitations. Light cardio using moves on the floor. This class is low impact, no running or jumping. We will use weights, small hand balls, rubber tubing and functional training to increase range of motion, endurance, posture, strength and flexibility.
