Our goal at the ComeFIT Zone is to help you get fit and stay fit by exercising in a supportive and motivating group exercise setting.

All of the classes at the Zone are designed for any fitness level and will be tailored to meet your personal needs. Classes are offered six days per week at multiple times each day. Check out our schedule to see which classes best fit your needs. Each class is described under the Fees & Classes tab. 

              Remember, your first 3 Classes are ALWAYS FREE!

 The Zone will be closed Memorial Day weekend. No classes on Saturday or Monday. A much needed rest and some family time for us!

Thursday night Basic Training!!!  

Join us Thursday nights from 6:15-7:15

for an awesome workout!  

You will get a little bit of everything!  

Strength training and toning with barbells, free weights, resistance bands, kettle bells, body weight resistance and balance ball.  We will keep the heart rate up with circuit training, step, kickboxing...I could go on...
