Our goal at The ComeFIT Zone is to help you get fit and stay fit by exercising in a supportive and motivating group exercise setting. 


All of the classes at the Zone are designed for any fitness level and will be tailored to meet your personal needs. Classes are offered six days per week at multiple times each day. What is BodyPump?

It is a calorie scorching, one hour strength-training fitness class that challenges all your major muscle groups using barbells, free-weight plates, and your body weight. Our wonderful instructors will lead you through the workout, guide you on the best weight selection for each muscle group, keeping in mind your own fitness level and fitness goals, really focus on your form and technique. Our goal? To build lean and sculpted muscles, improve posture, balance, core strength, and cardiovascular fitness.... we want you to feel strong and healthy! Want more information?
